The GNSS.be Open Data Portal (currently in beta stage) provides access (through a GUI and API) to the GNSS observation data within two data repositories maintained by ROB:

the Belgian repository containing the data of Belgian GNSS stations contributing to the European Plate Observing System
the Historical EPN Data Center (EPN HDC) containing GNSS data of the EUREF permanent GNSS network (EPN)

The provided GNSS observation data are accompanied by the full station descriptions, standardized metadata, data usage conditions, and data citation information in an effort to make the data Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Re-usable (FAIR).

Belgian GNSS Data Repository

Retrieve daily RINEX data (30-sec sampling) and accompanying metadata from Belgian GNSS stations, and consult information sheets including data availability, and daily data quality plots.

EPN Historical data center

Retrieve daily RINEX data (30-sec sampling) and accompanying metadata from EUREF GNSS stations, and consult information sheets including data availability, and daily data quality plots.

Real-time streams

Access the real-time GNSS data streams of EPN stations via the EUREF NTRIP broadcaster operated by ROB.

Metadata (M3G)

View or upload GNSS station metadata: site log or GeodesyML files, information about networks, DOIs, data licenses attached to the RINEX data, etc.
